WWE’s NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day is a WWE pay-per-veriw that will feature a total of five matches, two non-title matches, and three title matches. The NXT Championship, NXT Women’s Championship, and the NXT North American Championship are all on the line. Both the men’s and women’s Dusty Rhodes Cup finals will be determined at Vengeance Day.

Who I think will win: Grizzled Young Veterans
Who I want to see win: MSK
I would love to see MSK, Wes Lee, and Nash Carter, win the Men’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, but I’m predicting the 2021 winner to be the Grizzled Young Veterans, James Drake, and Zack Gibson. While MSK has revitalized the NXT men’s tag team division, the Grizzled Young Vets have held it down on NXT. In fact, the Grizzled Young Vets competed in the 2020 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classics and made it all the way to the finals before losing to The BroserWeights. They are also former NXT UK Tag Team Champions. If the winners of the Dusty Cup are receiving a future NXT Tag Team Championship match, we could see The Grizzled Young Vets become new NXT Tag Team Champions.
Dakota Kai and Raquel González vs. Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart
Women’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic finals

Who I think will win: Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart
Who I want to see win: Dakota Kai and Raquel González
If the winners of this match are receiving a future WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match, I’m predicting the face team, Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart to win. Heels vs heels matches are rare in WWE, so I can’t imagine Dakota Kai and Raquel González winning the Women’s Dusty Cup. Personally, I’m more of an established team fan and would like to see Kai and González win.
Johnny Gargano (c) vs. KUSHIDA
for the NXT North American Championship

Who I think will win: KUSHIDA
Who I want to see win: KUSHIDA
They call him Johnny Takeover, but that doesn’t mean he’s going to retain the NXT North American Championship. KUSHIDA has been looking great on NXT, so I think it’s time for him to win his first WWE championship. The only way I can see KUSHIDA not defeated Johnny Gargano is if Gargano gets the numbers advantage. But KUSHIDA may have Dexter Lumis as back up.
Io Shirai (c) vs. Toni Storm vs. Mercedes Martinez
Triple threat match for the NXT Women’s Championship

Who I think will win: Toni Storm
Who I want to see win: Io Shirai
Toni Storm has Io Shirai’s number, and I’m predicting a new Women’s champion. Plus, Shirai doesn’t have to be pinned or submitted to lose. Shirai is at a disadvantage. I would love to see Shirai retain. Shirai hasn’t had the most memorable title reign, so I would love to see Shirai take on more women in NXT.

This match is going to be brutal. Both men will fight to the finsh, but only one may will come out as NXT Champion. I’m predicting Finn Bálor to win and retain.
